My favorite NYC band, the New Humans start this one, it then segues into Pansonic and Suicide on top of each other, which then segues into Suicide produced by Ric Ocasek.

This one has very brief and very manipulated samples from the Mahavishnu Orchestra, Wolf Eyes, and the Velvet Underground. The piece, however, is not so brief.
